Welcome

On behalf of the ANZCA 2001 organising committee, representing the Edith Cowan, Curtin, and Murdoch Universities, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the Transdisciplinarity Conference.
A brief glance at the programme will indicate that we have attracted a fascinating range of contributions across a wide range of disciplines. This promises to be a lively and vibrant conference with plenty of intellectual stimulation to set ourselves up for another year of thinking and working.

I thank you all for your interest, and your participation in the field, and look forward with enormous pleasure to the Conference deliberations. I commend these proceedings to you, and the collection of refereed papers which follows the programme.

Thank you for your input and your participation.

Lelia Green
Vice-President ANZCA
On behalf of the Conference 2001 Organising Committee
